The Lycoming County Commissioners issued a Proclamation in honor of Pennsylvania Paralegal Week/Paralegal Day to the Lycoming County Paralegal Association at their Commissioners Board Meeting on Tuesday, July 27, 2021. Presenting the Proclamation was County Commissioner Richard Mirabito.
