Celebrating
30 years

On Thursday, July 28th, Lycoming County Commissioners presented a Proclamation honoring Paralegal Week as July 25-July 29, 2022 and July 29, 2022 as Paralegal Day.

Pictured left to right: Lycoming County Commissioner Rick Mirabito and  Accepting the Proclamation on behalf of the Lycoming County Paralegal Association is President Lori Spangler, FRP, Pa.C.P.  from the Law Firm of Cole Scott & Kissane, P.A. in addition to the following LCPA members:  Gwen Brion, Jennifer Connors and Jill Schriner from the Lycoming County D.A. Office, Jasmine Silver from Paralegal Assist, Rebecca Hovenstine and Cathy Holler from the U.S. Attorney’s Office via CACI International, Devan Zuladek from Paralegal Assist and Shelby Weber, Pa.C.P. from C&N Bank with County Commissioner Tony Mussare.

Paralegal Day celebrates those who do the legal research (and mountains of paperwork) that enables law firms to function. Attorneys, who are ultimately responsible for a paralegal’s work, depend greatly on these men and women to get things right. That means having a firm grasp on the facts and the law.
